Description: Mixed use site purchased with full planning with reserved matters on edge of conservation area incorporating listed shop building which was refurbished. Construction of new 2 x townhouses and 6 x apartments on an extremely constrained site.

Planned Maintenance for South Cambridgeshire District Council
Kitchen and bathroom replacement and upgrade framework contract for South Cambridgeshire District Council. Our works included planned and Ad hoc replacements of existing kitchens and bathrooms occupied houses and voids.
Wisbech Police Station Refurbishment
Included demolitions, asbestos removal, remodelling and a full refurbishment programme including all necessary mechanical, electrical, extract, alarm, air conditioning, plumbing and sanitary ware. External works consisted of new wash bay, alterations to drainage and resurfacing.
