Description: Ashlar Purchased the site with planning and reserved matters. The site incorporated a large derelict barn complex. Existing barns converted into 4 x executive homes with 1 x new build property to match existing style.

Ashlar have produced a high-end residential development demonstrating their expertise in refurbishment and new build construction.

Ashlar purchased the site without planning. The site incorporated the former Barclays Bank and a commercial element had to be retained within the new development. 3 townhouses, 1 apartment and a commercial unit were constructed.

Church Farm and Barn, Parson Drove

Church Farm included a full strip out, damp proofing, replacement of rotten timbers, repointing, new services, and a full refurbishment to bring the building up to current standards without losing the charm of the original building.
