Description: Heating replacement and upgrade Framework contract for South Cambridgeshire District Council.
Our Works: Planned and Ad hoc emergency replacement of existing heating systems including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), gas, electric and oil in occupied houses and voids.

Ashlar purchased the site without planning. The site incorporated the former Barclays Bank and a commercial element had to be retained within the new development. 3 townhouses, 1 apartment and a commercial unit were constructed.
