Description: The Grade II listed 2-bedroom property which was in the middle of Wisbech in a restricted location being at the end of a one way street and opposite the busy Horsefair bus and shopping. The works consisted of internal demolitions, asbestos removal, removal of floors, wall modifications, new drainage, replacement of roofs including all timber work, new windows and doors, new mechanical, plumbing and electrical installations and complete walls, ceilings and flooring finishes.

Included demolitions, asbestos removal, remodelling and a full refurbishment programme including all necessary mechanical, electrical, extract, alarm, air conditioning, plumbing and sanitary ware. External works consisted of new wash bay, alterations to drainage and resurfacing.
