Barn Refurbishments, Little Witchingham
Ashlar Purchased the site with planning and reserved matters. The site incorporated a large derelict barn complex. Existing barns converted into 4 x executive homes with 1 x new build property to match existing style.

Wisbech Police Station Refurbishment
Included demolitions, asbestos removal, remodelling and a full refurbishment programme including all necessary mechanical, electrical, extract, alarm, air conditioning, plumbing and sanitary ware. External works consisted of new wash bay, alterations to drainage and resurfacing.

Beeston, Sheringham
Land was purchased with full planning permission with several reserved matters which were discharged, and 2 pairs of traditional semi-detached cottages were constructed.

Scrimshires Passage
The Grade II listed 2-bedroom property which was in the middle of Wisbech in a restricted location being at the end of a one way street and opposite the busy Horsefair bus and shopping.
