Phases 2 (to be constructed) Design and build of 14 (36,00 square feet) self-contained portal framed industrial units including offices and warehouse spaces built to a high standard with external concrete hardstanding’s and car parking.

Phases 3 (to be constructed) Design and build of 15 (32,000 square feet) self-contained portal framed industrial units including offices and warehouse spaces built to a high standard with external concrete hardstanding’s and car parking.
